So here's the deal. David Beaudry a friend and fellow SSQ instructor carries this damn thing around wherever he goes. A bunch of us were at a Bronnikov Training in San Diego and he had it with him. We all played with it. I didn't think much of it at the time. However, winter struck and I needed some way to excercise because I was not Surfing, so I bought one of these things. I freakin' love it. I highly recommend trying it. It's a really fun way to workout. No weights, take it anywhere, ENJOY
Just returned from Lvl 3 Supreme Science Instructor training. An AMAZING experience. 
We focused on "Mastering" gentle movements to incorporate into the Wu Ji "form." Wu Ji is really not a form like some traditional Tai Qi forms but teaches basic moves to utilize and combine in your very own creation as you enter a no-mind state. Jeff Primak developed a unique way of teaching and shared his protocol with us. Quite honestly, it was one of the most beautiful training sessions I have ever had the honor of attending. 65 people moving uniquely and deliberately sinking into the depths of their being. Jeff also faciliated a teaching protocol for kids, which we were all certified to teach. Another amazing feat as he was able to keep the attention of 20+ children most of who were 4-6 years old for over 2 hours as they learned about meditation, focus and peacefully slow movments.
